What is the quality of the products?

We offer only high quality products in our store.

When will my item ship?

We ship on weekdays and get orders out as quickly as we can, but there is a processing time, usually between 2-3 business days, before your item is shipped. If the product is a PREORDER (it will be mentioned in the product name), please see the product description for further information. 

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Yes! Please contact us for our assistance.

Please note, we cannot exchange or refund:

  •    Shipping charges (unless we made a shipping error)
  •    Items in worn or damaged condition
  •    Returns or exchanges after 30 days of the ship date

Where can I find tracking information?

Tracking info is sent to the email address you entered. Use tracking data to get your purchase’s ETA, see where it is, or to reach out to the carrier in the event of an issue.

Will every item in my order ship in the same package?

Not always. Some of our products are shipped directly from the vendor. Some not.
